Finally, do not abuse this tool. Most search engines accept submissions monthly. If you are unable to purchase your own software, reserve your submitting for once per month. This is the usual rule of most engines. Pay attention to any e-mail responses sent by the webmasters at these engines. They will probably give you great insight into their rules and submission guidelines.
